A single switchboard is the commonest reason a sensible question goes unanswered: the person who can answer it is not the person who picks up. Sunbeam publishes three separate lines, and names the person holding one of them.

Transparent and timely
The report is already there.
Term reports and results are not sent home to be lost. They sit in the school’s parent portal, reachable with your own login at any hour — which is also where the record of the year accumulates rather than being reassembled from letters.
The school runs its online application and its transfer-certificate download on the same principle — a form a family can complete without coming in for it. Notices go to the school’s notice board, and it publishes on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
What the school does not publish is a mobile app, a broadcast list, an office-hours window or a stated response time. None of those is described here.
