Sunbeam School Ballia Enhances Teacher Counseling Skills Sunbeam School Ballia conducted a two-day training programme on Basic Counseling Skills for its teachers on 14th and 15th December 2025, led by Ms. Salony Priya, Founder Director, Umeed Counseling and Consulting Services (Umeed Foundation). The interactive sessions focused on active listening, empathy, effective communication, and emotional support, equipping teachers to address students’ concerns with confidence. The initiative reinforces the school’s commitment to student wellbeing and holistic development.
